阶段性临床见习教学在《基础护理学》教学中的应用

摘    要:目的]探讨阶段性临床见习教学在《基础护理学》教学中的应用。方法]对233名5年制高职护生在《基础护理学》教学中实行阶段性临床见习教学,从护生自评、临床和学校教学反馈3方面评价教学效果。结果]护生对阶段性临床见习有较好评价;临床反馈病人满意度为70%~96%,护生综合素质评级较高;阶段性临床见习后护生学习兴趣、自主学习能力以及评判性思维能力提高。结论]在《基础护理学》教学中应用阶段性临床见习教学,可提高教学效果、增强护生的职业能力。

Application of stage clinical trainee teaching in “basic nursing” teaching

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application of stage clinical trainee teaching in "basic nursing" teaching.Methods:The stage clinical trainee teaching was carried out for 233 five-year vocational nursing students,and from three aspects of nursing students self-assessment,clinical feedback and schools teaching feedback to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:Nursing students had better evaluation on stage clinical trainee teaching;patients'satisfaction of clinical feedback was 70% to 96%,nursing students comprehensive quality rating was higher;learning interest,self-learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students after stage clinical trainee were enhanced.Conclusion:The stage clinical trainee teaching applied in the "basic nursing"teaching can improve teaching effectiveness and the professional competence of nursing students.
