| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨阶段性临床见习教学在《基础护理学》教学中的应用。方法]对233名5年制高职护生在《基础护理学》教学中实行阶段性临床见习教学,从护生自评、临床和学校教学反馈3方面评价教学效果。结果]护生对阶段性临床见习有较好评价;临床反馈病人满意度为70%～96%,护生综合素质评级较高;阶段性临床见习后护生学习兴趣、自主学习能力以及评判性思维能力提高。结论]在《基础护理学》教学中应用阶段性临床见习教学,可提高教学效果、增强护生的职业能力。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into the application of stage clinical trainee teaching in ＂basic nursing＂ teaching.Methods：The stage clinical trainee teaching was carried out for 233 five-year vocational nursing students,and from three aspects of nursing students self-assessment,clinical feedback and schools teaching feedback to evaluate the teaching effect.Results：Nursing students had better evaluation on stage clinical trainee teaching;patients＇satisfaction of clinical feedback was 70% to 96%,nursing students comprehensive quality rating was higher;learning interest,self-learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students after stage clinical trainee were enhanced.Conclusion：The stage clinical trainee teaching applied in the ＂basic nursing＂teaching can improve teaching effectiveness and the professional competence of nursing students. |
