基于CFX的柱面弧形油楔推力滑动轴承仿真分析

柱面弧形油楔推力滑动轴承是一种能够实现双向动载润滑的推力轴承.文中利用Workbench的CFX模块,对柱面弧形油楔推力滑动轴承在动压润滑条件下的油膜特性进行仿真分析.并研究了不同转速和不同黏度对油膜压力的影响,结果表明,转速越高,油膜黏度越大,柱面弧形油楔推力滑动轴承的动压承载能力就越高.

objective. To observe the prevention effect of rhubarb sticking combined with abdominal massage for prevention of constipation after thoracolumbar fracture in patients. Methods. A total of 60 patients with constipation after thoracolumbar fractures were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each,Patients in control group used conventional care such as dietary guidance, psychological nursing and health education guidance; besides that, On the basis of the observation group with normal nursing rhubarb were applied with abdominal acupuncture point massage. The rhubarb sticking combined with abdominal massage was given to patients in observation group. Results. The effective rate in observation group was 93. 33%, while that in control group was 73. 33%, there was statistically significant difference between both groups（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion. Rhubarb sticking combined with abdominal massage has significant curative effect for prevention of thoracolumbar fractures.
