家长综合干预在儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎治疗中的效果观察

目的]探讨家长综合干预在儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎治疗中的效果。方法]将42例6岁以上的过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿随机分为干预组和对照组各21例,对照组采用常规治疗及护理,干预组在常规治疗及护理的基础上对家长实施综合干预,比较两组患儿家长相关知识掌握率及患儿干预前后的治疗效果。结果]干预后干预组患儿家长相关知识掌握率高于对照组、患儿治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]家长综合干预在儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎治疗中具有良好的效果。

Observation on effect of comprehensive intervention for parents in treatment of children with allergic purpura nephritis

Objective：To probe into the effect of comprehensive intervention tor parents in treatment of children with allergic purpura nephritis. Methods：A to- tal of 42 children over 6 years old with allergic purpura nephritis were random- ly divided into intervention group and control group,21 cases in each. The con- trol group patients received conventional treatment and care, and parents of the intervention group patients were given to comprehensive intervention on the basis of conventional treatment and care, then to compare the related knowl- edge mastering rate of parents and curative effect before and after treatment between both groups. Results：After intervention, the related knowledge maste- ring rate of parents of intervention group children was higher than that in con- trol group （P〈 0. 05）, the curative effect was better than that of control group. Conclusion：Comprehensive intervention for parents has good effect in treatment of children with allergic purpura nephritis.
