基于CiteSpace中医情志护理研究可视化分析

目的:利用CiteSpace软件对中医情志护理领域的研究文献进行文献计量分析,探索该领域的相关研究脉络和热点,以期为中医情志护理研究提供参考和建议。方法:通过检索1986年—2020年中国知网(CNKI)数据库的中文期刊文献,应用可视化分析软件CiteSpace.V.5.6.R5对得到文献的作者、机构、关键词等模块进行可视化分析。结果:共获得有效文献1573篇,我国中医情志护理研究,开始于20世纪80年代,发文数量总体不断上升。作者间合作较少,发文量总体偏低。中医院表现突出,机构间的合作比较分散,跨机构合作有待增强。热点关键词主要为"中医护理""情志护理""中医情志护理""护理""中医"等。聚类分析发现研究重点在情志、对象及疾病研究。突现词分析得出3个突变词,发现中医情志护理研究紧扣时代形势变化,与生活、社会变化息息相关。被引最多的热点论文是《中医情志护理对消化道恶性肿瘤病人疼痛的干预效果》。结论:中医情志护理研究领域现处于起步阶段,近几年发展较迅速,发文作者和机构间的合作度不高,预测关于中医情志护理的研究将可能成为研究热点之一。

Emotional nursing research of traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace:a visualization analysis

Objective:To conduct bibliometric analysis on the research literature in the field of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)using CiteSpace software and explore the relevant research context and hotspots in this field,in order to provide references and suggestions for the research of TCM emotional nursing.Methods:Literature related to TCM emotional nursing were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1986 to 2020.The authors,institutions,keywords,and other modules of the included documents were visually analyzed by using CiteSpace.V.5.6.R5 software.Results:A total of 1573 pieces of valid papers were included.The research on TCM emotional nursing in China started in the 1980 s,and the number of published papers continued to increase.There was less cooperation between authors,and the number of published papers was generally lower.Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals had an outstanding performance,the cooperation between institutions was relatively scattered,and the cross-institution cooperation needed to be strengthened.The hot spot keywords were mainly"Traditional Chinese medicine nursing,""emotional nursing,""emotional nursing in Traditional Chinese medicine,""nursing,""traditional Chinese medicine,"and so on.Cluster analysis showed that the research focused on emotion,object,and disease research.Three mutation words were obtained from the analysis of the emergent words.It was found that the research on TCM emotional nursing was closely related to the changes of the times,life,and society.The hot paper"The Intervention Effect of Emotional Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Pain in Patients with Digestive Tract Malignant Tumor"was cited the most.Conclusions:The research field of TCM emotional nursing is in its infancy and developed rapidly in recent years.The degree of cooperation between the authors and institutions is not high.It is predicted that the research on TCM emotional nursing diseases may become one of the research hotspots.
