| 摘 要： | 低血糖恐惧(fear of hypoglycemia,FoH)是糖尿病病人实现最佳血糖控制的主要障碍之一。阐述FoH的概念,分析FoH对糖尿病病人及其家属的影响,综述国内外FoH评估工具的研究进展,以期为临床医护人员正确选择评估工具提供参考,为有针对性地开展低血糖教育及心理、行为干预提供依据。

| Abstract: | Fear of hypoglycemia(FoH)is one of the major barriers for diabetic patients to achieve optimal glycemic control.This article expounds the concept of FoH,analyzes the impact of FoH on diabetic patients and their families,and reviews the research progress of FoH assessment scale in China and abroad,in order to provide the reference for clinical medical staff to correctly choose assessment tools,and provides the basis for targeted development of hypoglycemia education,psychological,behavioral intervention. |
