冰刺激联合穴位针刺康复护理训练改善脑卒中病人吞咽障碍的效果

目的]探讨对脑卒中吞咽障碍病人早期实施咽部冰刺激联合穴位针刺康复护理训练治疗的效果。方法]将70例脑卒中吞咽障碍病人随机分为观察组和对照组各35例，对照组采用常规药物治疗及康复训练方法，观察组在此基础上采用冰刺激联合穴位针刺治疗，比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果]观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]对脑卒中吞咽障碍病人早期实施咽部冰刺激联合穴位针刺康复护理训练能使病人建立良好的吞咽反射，效果优于常规康复训练方法。

Effect of ice stimulate combined to acupuncture rehabilitation care training for improvement of dysphagia in stroke patients

Abstract Objective： To probe into the effect of early implementation of the pharynx ice stimulate combined to acupuncture rehabilitation nursing training for dysphagia in stroke patients. Methods： A total of 70 cases of stroke patients complicated with dysphagia were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group, 35 cases in each, the patents in control group were treated with conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training methods, besides that, patients in observation group used ice stim- ulate combined to acupuncture points, then to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results：The total effective rate in observa- tion group was higher than that of control group （P~O. 05）. Conclusion： Early implementation of the pharynx ice stimulate combined to acupunc- ture rehabilitation nursing training for stroke patients complicated with dysphagia can make patients establish good swallowing reflex, and the effect is superior to conventional rehabilitation methods.
