摘    要:目的]探讨循证护理在减少老年病人浅静脉留置针漏液中的应用。方法]将300例应用浅静脉留置针的老年病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组150例。对照组病人采用传统的正压式冲管,观察组病人通过循证的方法,查阅文献,从而总结出新的按压式冲管方法并应用。比较两组病人漏液发生情况、浅静脉留置针留置时间。结果]观察组病人发生漏液少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人浅静脉留置针留置时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]应用循证护理总结出的按压式冲管方法可减少老年病人浅静脉留置针漏液的发生、延长留置针的使用时间。

Application of evidence-based care in reducing leakage of superficial venous indwelling needle in elderly patients

Abstract:Objective:To probe into application of evidence-based care in reducing leakage of superficial venous indwelling needle in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 300 elderly patients who used superficial venous indwelling needle were randomly divided into observation group and control group,150 cases in each.The control group patients used the conventional positive pressure washing pipe,observation group patients consulted literatures through evidence-based approach,and got the new push-type tube washing method and used it.The occurrence of leakage and indwelling time of superficial venous catheter were compared between both groups.Were compared between the two groups of patients occurred.Results:The incidence of leakage of observation group patients was less than that of the control group(P 0.05);indwelling time of superficial venous catheter in observation group patients was longer than that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:the push-style red tube method summed up by using evidence-based nursing can reduce the leakage occurred in elderly patients with superficial venous indwelling needle,and extend the service time of catheter.
