摘    要:目的]探讨临床案例讨论结合以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法在危重症学科护理带教中的应用。方法]选择2009年40名护生为对照组,实施PBL教学法;2010年46名护生为观察组,实施临床案例讨论结合PBL教学法。比较两组护生的临床教学效果。结果]观察组出科考试成绩优于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组护生对教学方法的评价优于对照组。结论]在危重症学科护理带教中应用临床案例讨论结合PBL教学法可提高教学效果,有助于护生全面掌握知识及临床思维能力的培养。

Application of clinical case discussion combined with PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of critically ill subjects

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application of clinical case discussion combined with PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of critically ill subjects.Methods:A total of 40 nursing students in 2009 were selected as control group who were taught with PBL teaching method,while 46 nursing students in 2010 were selected as observation group who were taught with clinical case discussion combined with PBL teaching method,then to compare the clinical teaching effects between the two groups.Results:The score of department examination of observation group was prior to that of control group(P0.05).The evaluation on teaching method of observation group was better than that of control group.Conclusion:The application of clinical case discussion combined with PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of critically ill subjects can improve teaching effects.It also makes for the cultivation of comprehensively grasp of knowledge and thinking ability of students.
