造血干细胞移植相关性腹泻的原因分析及护理对策

目的]分析造血干细胞移植（HSCT）病人发生HSCT相关性腹泻的原因，总结有效的护理对策。方法]回顾性分析168例造血干细胞病人发生腹泻的原因，给予相应的护理措施。结果]发生预处理毒性腹泻61例，抗生素相关性腹泻23例，感染性腹泻55例，均治愈；发生肠道移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）31例，4例死亡，移植相关性血栓性微血管病（TA—TMA）2例，均死亡。结论]针对HSCT病人发生HSCT相关性腹泻的原因给予相应的护理对策，以减轻病人痛苦、提高移植成功率及病人的生活质量。

Causative analysis on hematopoietic stem cell transplantationassociated diarrhea and its nursing countermeasures

Objective： To analyze the causes of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation- associated diarrhea in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and summarize the effective nursing countermeasures for them. Methods：To analyze the causes and related nursing measures of transplantation - associated diarrhea in a total of 168 cases of pa- tients undergoing hemopoietic stem cell transplantation. Results： 61 cases had pretreatment toxic diarrhea, 23 cases had antibiotic - associated diarrhea and 55 cases had infectious diarrhea,all the patients were cured. 31 cases had intestinal graftversus-host disease,4 cases of 31 patients died. 2 cases had transplantation-associated thrombotic microangiopathy, and both them diedl Conclusion：The corresponding nursing strategies were given aiming at the reasons of HSCT associated diarrhea in HSCT patients, so as to alleviate the patients＇ pain,improve the success rate of the transplantation and the quality of life of the patients.
