卫生职业院校教师科研能力存在的问题及对策

摘    要:目的]了解卫生职业院校教师科研能力状况,为其科研能力培养提供借鉴。方法]对某省11所卫生高职院校及8所中职院校教师申报的"2011年卫生职业教育教学改革项目"(以下简称项目)的申报表,从主持人一般情况、项目关注点、研究设计、立项依据、研究资料的处理等5个方面评价课题设计质量,进而分析教师科研能力水平。结果]课题主持人以青年教师为主,课题设计存在一定问题。结论]卫生职业院校教师整体的科研能力比较薄弱,卫生职业院校应注重青年教师培养,加强其科研知识培训,提高其科研能力。

Problems exiting in scientific research capacity of teachers in health vocational colleges and its strategies

Abstract:Objective:To know about the teachers' scientific research capacity in health vocational colleges,so as to provide references for their scientific research ability training.Methods:the declaration forms of "2011 Health Vocational Education Teaching Reform Project"(project of the following abbreviation) declared by teachers in 11 health high vocational colleges and 8 secondary vocational colleges in a province were analyzed from the general situation of host,project concern,research design,project basis and treatment of research data 5 aspects to evaluate the project design quality,and then to analyze the research capacity of teachers.Conclusion:the overall research capacity of teachers in health vocational college is relatively weak,the health professional institutions should focus on youth teacher training,and improve their research capacities.
