卫生职业院校教师科研能力存在的问题及对策

目的]了解卫生职业院校教师科研能力状况,为其科研能力培养提供借鉴。方法]对某省11所卫生高职院校及8所中职院校教师申报的"2011年卫生职业教育教学改革项目"(以下简称项目)的申报表,从主持人一般情况、项目关注点、研究设计、立项依据、研究资料的处理等5个方面评价课题设计质量,进而分析教师科研能力水平。结果]课题主持人以青年教师为主,课题设计存在一定问题。结论]卫生职业院校教师整体的科研能力比较薄弱,卫生职业院校应注重青年教师培养,加强其科研知识培训,提高其科研能力。

Problems exiting in scientific research capacity of teachers in health vocational colleges and its strategies

Objective：To know about the teachers＇ scientific research capacity in health vocational colleges,so as to provide references for their scientific research ability training.Methods：the declaration forms of ＂2011 Health Vocational Education Teaching Reform Project＂（project of the following abbreviation） declared by teachers in 11 health high vocational colleges and 8 secondary vocational colleges in a province were analyzed from the general situation of host,project concern,research design,project basis and treatment of research data 5 aspects to evaluate the project design quality,and then to analyze the research capacity of teachers.Conclusion：the overall research capacity of teachers in health vocational college is relatively weak,the health professional institutions should focus on youth teacher training,and improve their research capacities.
