建立“无痛病房”提高专科疼痛护理水平的做法及效果

目的提高关节外科疼痛护理水平,减轻患者术后疼痛,使之尽早进行关节功能训练,促进患者康复。方法建立"无痛病房",制定及实施规范化的疼痛管理护理工作程序,比较"无痛病房"建立前后疼痛护理的相关指标。结果建立"无痛病房"后,护士在疼痛知识掌握、疼痛评估、药物镇痛知识方面的得分均高于建立前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);患者术后疼痛评分降低,第1次下地时间提前,平均住院日缩短,对护理工作的整体满意度提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论通过建立"无痛病房",实施规范化的疼痛管理护理工作程序,提升了专科护士的疼痛护理水平,减轻了患者术后疼痛,提高了患者对护理工作的整体满意度,促进了患者关节功能的早期康复。

Establishment of "Painless Ward" in Improving Pain Nursing Management:Methods and Effects

Objective To improve the level of pain nursing and to reduce the postoperative pain in patients,so as to enable patients to perform joint functional training as early as possible and promote the recovery process.Methods The "painless ward" was established and a standardized pain management nursing procedure was developed and implemented.The statistical results before and after the implementation were compared.Results The scores of knowledge of pain,assessment of pain and analgesic drug knowledge after the establishment of the "painless ward" were significantly higher than before(P<0.05).The score of postoperative pain was decreased;the first time to leave the bed was advanced;the average hospitalization days was shortened;the overall satisfaction of nursing work was raised;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of "painless ward" and implementation of standardized pain management nursing procedures can elevate the level of pain nursing,reduce the postoperative pain,increase the overall satisfaction of nursing work and promote the early recovery of joint function of the patients.
