音乐疗法应用于术中患者的临床护理研究

目的研究音乐疗法对手术中患者心率、血压、麻醉辅助镇痛和镇静药使用情况的影响。方法选择非全身麻醉状态下手术的90例患者,按照手术日期单双号将其分为A、B两组,A组为观察组,接受音乐疗法,术中播放恰当的音乐;B组为对照组,不接受音乐干预。观察记录并比较两组患者的心率、血压变化及麻醉辅助镇痛和镇静药使用情况。结果观察组患者术中心率、血压较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组患者麻醉辅助镇痛、镇静药使用的次数比对照组少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过音乐干预能改善患者的精神状态,转移患者的注意力,使患者放松,减轻紧张、焦虑;调节患者呼吸、循环、内分泌系统的生理功能;减少麻醉辅助用药,使患者平稳度过手术,使手术顺利、安全地完成。

Clinical Nursing Research of Music Therapy for Surgical Patients

Objective To study the effects of music therapy for patients with surgery in heart rate, blood pressure,and the use of anesthesthesia-assisted analgesia sedative. Methods Ninety surgical patients with non-general anesthesia were detected and divided into two groups： group A treated with music therapy and group B as a control group withous music thenapy. The heart rate, the blood pressure,and the use of anesthesia-assisted analgesia, sedative of the two groups＇ patients were observed and compared. Results The heart rate and blood pressure of the group A patients were significantly lower than those of group B（P〈0. 01） ,and the use frequency of anesthesia-assisted analgesia,sedative also fewer than those of group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Music therapy can improve patients＇s mental state, transfer their attention , bring them relaxation and reduce their tension, anxiety. Though regulating the physiological functions of respiration, circulation, and endocrine system , music therapy is suggested to reduce the does of anesthesia-assisted drugs and ensure successful processes of operations
