| 摘 要： | 目的调查高龄人群中前列腺增生患者抑郁的患病率,以及前列腺症状评分与抑郁发生率相关性,以便有针对性地对老年前列腺增生伴抑郁患者制定健康教育措施。方法对来我院就医的348名老年前列腺增生患者进行问卷调查,采用国际前列腺协调委员会推荐的前列腺症状评分（IPSS）表进行评估,同时采用老年抑郁量表进行问卷调查。结果348例老年前列腺增生患者有81例合并抑郁状态,抑郁发生率为23.28%。随着患者基础疾病症状的明显、IPSS评分的增加,相应的抑郁发生率明显增加,当IPSS评分在15～20分时抑郁发生率明显高于IPSS评分在7～10分组（P〈0.05）。结论老年前列腺增生患者合并抑郁状态发生率高,在治疗其前列腺增生的同时需关注其心理状况。
