| 摘 要： | 目的探讨呼吸康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）患者生存质量的影响。方法对33例老年COPD患者在内科常规治疗与护理的基础上进行康复治疗护理，采用生活自理能力（activities of daily living,ADL）和生活满意指数（the life satisfaction index A，LSIA）个量表，对患者康复治疗前后生存质量进行测评。结果给予患者康复护理后，患者的日常生活能力评定得分明显低于康复护理前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而生活满意指数得分明显高于康复护理前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论康复治疗护理可进一步改善住院老年COPD患者的生存质量。
