| 摘 要： | 目的 了解对癌症患者使用心理评定量表进行心理评估的现状。方法综合分析近几年来使用心理评定量表对癌症患者进行心理评估的情况。结果发现癌症患者存在较多的心理问题，但是在临床尤其是临床护理工作中仍然无法把心理评定量表作为常规工具使用。结论护士作为癌症患者的重要支持者，必须准确地掌握其心理问题，使用心理评定量表进行常规评定是一个有效的方法。但这种量表有待进一步改进。

| Abstract: | Objective To reflect the present status of the application of psychology rating scales for patients with cancer.Methods Comprehensive analysis was applied to study the application of psychological rating scales for patients with cancer in recent years.Results Despite the fact that many mental problems exit in the patients with cancer,the psychological rating scales could not be applied as routine tools by nurses yet.Conclusion As an important support for patients with cancer,nurses should evaluate the patients' mental problem exactly.To apply psychological rating scales could be an effective method for routine evaluation.This kind of tools should be developed in the future. |
