水针镇痛应用于产妇分娩第一产程的临床效果观察

目的观察水针应用于产妇分娩第一产程的镇痛效果以及对母婴的影响。方法选择我科住院分娩的足月孕产妇118例,将其随机分为观察组（59例）和对照组（59例）。观察组在第一产程活跃期开始采用水针7个点注射,对照组在第一产程活跃期只给予常规护理。水针注射后,观察两组的疼痛改善程度、第一产程活跃期时间、阴道出血量、分娩方式及新生儿评分等。结果观察组疼痛明显改善,和对照组比较,有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组产妇活跃期时间和阴道出血量比较,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组的剖宫产率明显下降,和对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组新生儿窘迫和新生儿窒息情况比较,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论水针注射应用于第一产程镇痛,镇痛效果显著,可有效地缓解产妇的紧张情绪,降低剖宫产率,并且该法对母婴无不良影响。

Application of Aqua-Acupuncture in Relieving Pain during the First Stage of Labor

Objective To observe40 the analgesic effect of aqua-acupuncture for relieving pain during the first stage of labor and its effects on the mothers and newborns.Methods The observation group consisted of 59 pregnant women in term who received aqua-acupuncture in 7 different places during the acceleration phase.The control group including 59 pregnant women in term had traditional nursing and management.The degree of pain relief,duration of acceleration phase,vaginal bleeding,delivery patterns,and the infants' Apgar scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the traditional management group,aqua-acupuncture significantly relieved the pain(P<0.01) without causing changes in the duration of acceleration phase and vaginal bleeding(P>0.05),and reduced the rate of cesarean section(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in neonatal asphyxia between the two groups.Conclusion Aqua-acupuncture has significant pain-relieving effects in the first stage of labor,relieves the stress of the mother during delivery,and reduces cesarean section rate without any adverse effect on the mother or neonates.
