| 摘 要： | 目的研究海岛地区护士总体幸福感与自我和谐的特点以及两者之间的关系。方法采用总体幸福感量表(general well-being schedule,GWB)和自我和谐量表(self consistency and congruence,SCCS)对海岛地区400名护士进行测试。结果不同年龄、工作年限护士的总体幸福感差异有统计学意义;不同家庭收入的护士在自我灵活性上差异有统计学意义;自我和谐总分及自我与经验不和谐与总体幸福感显著负相关。结论海岛地区护士自我和谐程度和幸福感水平偏低,且存在不同年龄、工作年限和家庭收入的差异,医院应加强对海岛地区护士的心理健康教育。
