肿瘤化疗患者心理需求的调查

目的探讨肿瘤化疗患者的心理需求。方法采用问卷调查形式调查肿瘤化疗患者220例,对患者化疗前、化疗中、化疗后的心理需求进行等级评定。结果肿瘤化疗患者在化疗前、化疗中、化疗后对疾病的心理需求特别需要和需要的总人数均超过全体受调查者的50%。结论护士过硬的技术水平、热情周到的护理服务、及时全面的心理宣教,能够缓解肿瘤化疗患者的不良心理反应,消除其紧张、恐惧心理;同时,应重视健康教育在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用,满足肿瘤化疗患者的心理需求,提高肿瘤化疗患者的生活质量。

Investigation on Psychological Needs of Patients with Cancer Chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the mental health needs of patients with cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 220 patients with cancer chemotherapy were randomly surveyed by a questionnaire and the patient＇s needs for mental health were classified before chemotherapy,under chemotherapy and after chemotherapy.Results The proportions of patients who required psychological care in particular and average needs all accounted for over 50% of the samples before chemotherapy,during chemotherapy and after chemotherapy.Conclusion The nurses＇ excellent skills,warm and thoughtful care,timely and comprehensive psychological intervention,can decrease adverse psychological reactions of the patients with chemotherapy and help them eliminate the tension and fear.We should attach more importance to health education in patients with chemotherapy and meet their mental health needs,so as to improve their quality of life.
