上海地区肠造口患者对造口护理门诊需求现状的调查与分析

目的调查上海地区肠造口患者对造口护理门诊需求现状,分析造口袋使用情况。方法 2011年2月至2012年10月,便利抽样法选取在上海市3所三级甲等医院造口护理门诊就医的肠造口患者156例为研究对象,调查就医的主要原因以及造口袋使用现状。结果无并发症而以购买造口袋为主要就诊目的患者有95例,占60.9%;由于并发症就诊者为25例,占16.0%。患者就诊中的造口问题都得到了造口师的对应处理,有103例患者主动向造口治疗师咨询了与造口护理相关的问题,占66.0%。有100例患者能做到2~5d更换造口袋,占64.1%;在造口袋的选择上,有144例患者选择使用开口式产品,占92.3%;62.5%的患者存在造口袋使用问题。结论上海地区的肠造口护理门诊,能提供个性化、专业化的造口术后护理,使患者得到连续全程的护理。

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Status of the Colostomy Patients on the Colostomy Outpatients＇ Demanding in Shanghai

Objective To investigate the current status of the demand of colostomy patients on colostomy outpatient,and to analyze the current situation of the usage of ostomy bag.Methods By convenience sam- pling,totally 156 colostomy patients from 3 Class III Grade I hospitals in shanghai were selected and the data were analyzed to understand their purposes of seeking treatments and the current situation of ostomy bag usage.Results Patients with no complications who regard buying ostomy bags as the main reason for treatment is 95 cases, which accounted for 60.9%. 25 cases accepted treatment because of the complica- tions,which accounted for 16.0%.All the problems about colostomy were taken care of. Totally 103 cases consulted ostomy bag usage information related to ostomy nursing care, which accounted for 66.0 %.100 patients were changed the ostomy bags within 2 to 5 days,which accounted for 64.1%.Regarding to the selec- tion of ostomy bags, 144 cases choose open-type bag, which accounted for 92.3 %, and 62.5 % patients had difficulties of using ostomy bags.Conclusion Colostomy outpatient in Shanghai could provide special, pro- fessional and longitudinal care.
