新入职护士试用期前后职业期望与职业价值观的调查

摘    要:目的了解新入职护士试用期前后职业期望与职业价值观的变化,为培养新护士形成积极的职业价值观提供依据。方法 2015年7-9月,便利抽样法选取第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院新入职护士119名为研究对象,试用期为3个月。在试用期前及后采用职业期望量表和护士职业价值观测评量表对其进行调查。结果新入职护士试用期前后职业期望总分分别为(77.50±12.36)、(85.18±14.53)分,职业价值观总分分别为(105.61±14.50)、(111.30±14.92)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论新入职护士试用期前后总体职业期望、职业价值观认同度整体提高。护理管理者可根据影响新护士职业价值观的因素,针对性地开展临床实践培训策略,进一步提升新护士对职业价值的认同。

Abstract:Objective To understand the changes in career expectations and career values during the probation period of newly recruited nurses,and to provide the basis for the hospital to cultivate new nurses form positive professional values.Methods By convenience sampling,119 nurses with 3 months of probationperiod were selected and investigated by using career expectation scale and nurses career value assessment scale.Results The total scores of occupational expectation before and after the probation period were (77.50-4-12.36),(85.18-±-14.53),respectively,and the total scores of occupational value were (105.61±14.50)and (111.30-±-14.92),respectively(all P<0.01).Conclusion The overall career expectations,career values of new nurses are improved during the probation period.Nursing managers can manage the training strategies according to factors affect the occupational values of new nurses which can further enhance the recognition of new nurses on the professional value.
