压疮分级与患者相关生化指标的相关性研究

目的探寻压疮分级与患者生化指标的相关性。方法便利抽样选择重庆市三所三甲医院2008年1月至2013年12月因神经系统类疾病并伴压疮诊断入院(排除其他基础疾病)的患者389例,对其病例资料进行回顾性分析,按压疮分级进行分组,将不同组别患者生化指标进行统计学分析。结果压疮分级与血钾指标有显著相关性(P0.01),与其他指标均无统计学差异(均P0.05)。结论关注临床相关生化指标,对有效预防和降低压疮的发生率有一定的指导作用。

Correlationship Study between Pressure Ulcer Grading and Patients' Biochemical Indexes

Objective To investigate the relationship between pressure ulcer grading and patients' biochemical indexes.Methods By convenience sampling,389 eases were selected,and the data was analyzed retrospectively.Patients were divided into groups,and the biochemical indexes were analyzed.Results The pressure ulcer grading was correlated with blood potassium indexes (P ＜0.01),there was no statistical differences with other indicators (all P＞0.05).Conclusions Paying attention to the related biochemical can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers.
