西安市部分社区40～60岁女性疲劳现状及其影响因素分析

目的调查西安市部分社区40~60岁女性的疲劳程度,分析疲劳的影响因素。方法采取方便抽样法选取西安市5个社区40~60岁女性171人,采用一般资料调查表、中文版多维疲劳量表、领悟社会支持量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表收集资料,并进行影响因素分析。结果调查对象疲劳得分为(49.90±12.86)分,疲劳程度处于中重度水平。多元回归分析显示文化程度、领悟社会支持、焦虑及抑郁是疲劳状况的显著影响因素,可解释疲劳水平31.6%的变异量。结论 40~60岁的女性是易感疲劳的群体,应注意缓解其焦虑抑郁情绪,注重发挥社会支持的重要作用,有针对性地进行健康管理。

Current Status and Influencing Factors of Fatigue of 40-60 Years Old Female in Part of Xi'an Community

Objective To investigate the degree of fatigue among women aged 40-60 years old in part of Xi'an community,and to analyze the influence factors of fatigue.Methods By convenience sampling,171 female aged 40-60 years old in Xi'an community were selected and investigated by using general information questionnaire,Chinese version multidimensional fatigue scale,perceived social support scale,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale and analyze the influencing factors.Results The score of fatigue of the respondents was (49.90 ±12.86),which was in the moderate-to-severe level.Multiple logistic analysis showed that education background,the ability of perceived social support,anxiety and depression were the significant influence factors of fatigue conditions,which can explained the 31.6 ％ of the variance in the degree of fatigue.Conclusions Female in this stage are susceptible to fatigue,so it should be noted to relieve their anxiety and depression,and carry out a targeted health management.
