| 摘 要： | 目的探讨快速心律失常患者射频消融术后的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2010年4月120例快速心律失常行射频消融术患者的临床资料与术后护理要点。结果本组患者均成功完成了射频消融术。术后发生并发症6例,其中一过性Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞1例、穿刺部位出血1例、迷走神经反射1例、胸痛3例,经积极的治疗与护理,均好转出院。结论术后加强观察和护理可有效减少各种并发症的发生,提高手术成功率,有利于患者的术后康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the postoperative nursing method for tachyarrhythmia patients after radiofrequency catherter ablation（RFCA）.Methods The nursing points and clinical data of 120 tachyarrhythmia patients were analyzed after the RFCA.Results All the patients successfully completed RFCA.The six cases of complications mainly involved Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block（n=1）,puncture site bleeding（n=1）,vagus reflex（n=1） and precordial pain（n=3）.All the patients were improved and discharged after intensive treatment and nursing.Conclusion Strengthened observation and nursing after surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve success rate and favor postoperative recovery. |
