一例垂体瘤术后并发颅内感染合并中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者的护理

总结1例垂体瘤术后并发颅内感染合并中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者的护理。颅内感染需多种抗生素联合治疗,复杂的药物治疗容易引起药物不良反应,增加治疗及护理的难度,责任护士针对患者的主要护理问题,从病房消毒隔离管理、气道管理、皮肤护理、体液管理、营养支持等5个方面,经过55 d的精心护理,患者意识清楚,痰液及脑脊液培养均转为阴性,全身松解表皮已结痂愈合,四肢功能恢复,好转出院。

Nursing Care of a Patient with Postoperative Pituitary Tumor Complicated with Intracranial In-fection and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis

To summarize the nursing care of a patient with intracranial infection complicated with toxic epidermal necrolysis after pituitary tumor operation.Intracranial infection needed combined treatment of a variety of antibiotics,and complex drug treatment was easy to cause adverse drug reactions,which increased the difficulty of treatment and nursing care.Responsible nurses aimed at the main nursing problems.From the five aspects of ward disinfection and isolation management,airway management,skin care,humoral management and nutritional support,the patients’consciousness was clear and sputum and cerebrospinal fluid culture were negative after 55 days of careful nursing.The whole body loosened the epidermis and scabbed and healed,recovered the function of the limbs,and was discharged from the hospital.
