| 摘 要： | 目的研究个体、家庭、群体相结合的社区护理干预模式对社区癌症患者及其家属生活质量的影响,探讨适合城市社区癌症患者的护理干预模式。方法将自愿参与研究的社区癌症患者及其家属按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各92对,研究组采用社区综合护理干预,对照组采用传统的社区随访。干预前后用癌症患者生存质量量表（European organiza-tion for the research and treatment of cancer QLQ-C30,EORTCQLQ-C30）和简明健康状况调查表（36-item short form health survey,SF-36）分别测定社区癌症患者及其家属的生活质量。结果干预后研究组患者及其家属在生活质量方面有明显的提高和改善：两组癌症患者干预前后在5个功能量表、2个症状量表（疲乏、恶心呕吐）、4个单相测量项目（睡眠障碍、食欲丧失、便秘、腹泻）及总体生活质量评分方面,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;干预前后两组患者家属在生理职能、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康维度方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论社区综合护理干预模式能有效提高癌症患者及其家属的生活质量,促进癌症患者的康复,扩大社区康复覆盖面。
