| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新就业形势下护理本科毕业生的就业期望。方法采用质性研究现象学方法的半结构访谈方式对7名处于择业期的护理本科生进行访谈，对访谈资料录音后进行整理分析结果。结果护理本科生就业期望适中，主要看重今后发展空间，并且已经做好就业的心理准备。结论护理本科生就业时呈现出与以往不同的心理状态，护理院校应加强就业指导，提高护理本科生的就业质量。 |
