不同冲洗法对导尿管白色念珠菌被膜清除的效果

目的比较体外不同冲洗法对清除导尿管白色念珠菌被膜（biofilm,BF）的效果。方法试管内制备导尿管白色念珠菌BF模型,随机分为对照组、输注式冲洗组及注洗式冲洗组。对照组不行冲洗,两冲洗组每隔12h冲洗1次,分别在12、24、48、72h时取出,扫描电镜下观察三组导尿管白色念珠菌BF的形态。结果在白色念珠菌BF形成早期,三组导尿管表面均为酵母样细胞附着,冲洗组酵母样细胞附着明显少于对照组;随着BF成熟,导尿管表面出现菌丝样细胞附着并逐渐成熟变厚,三组BF的厚度从高到低依次为对照组、输注式冲洗组及注洗式冲洗组。结论在冲洗方式的选择上,注洗式冲洗法对导尿管BF的清除效果优于输注式冲洗法。

Eradicative Effects of Different Irrigation Methods for Candida Albicans Bioflim in Urinary Catheter

Objective To compare the eradicative effects of different irrigation methods for Candida albicans biofilm（BF）in urinary catheter in vitro.Methods Laboratory models of Candida albicans BF in catheters were prepared in the test tubes in vitro.All tubes were randomly divided into control group,infusion irrigation group and injection irrigation group.Control group was treated without irrigation,while irrigation groups with separate irrigations every 12 h.Specimen were taken out for SEM observation at 12,24,48,72 h.The morphological structure of Candida albicans BF in 3 urinarty catheters were observed under scanning electron microscopy.Results In the early stage of Candida albicans BF formation,all experimental catheters were adhered by yeast cells,the amount of cells of irrigation groups were less than those of control group.With the maturation of BF,the experimental catheters were adhered by mycelium cells which gradually come to maturity.The thickness of BF among three groups from high to low was control,infusion irrigation and injection irrigation.Conclusion In the role of eradicating BF,injection irrigation type is superior to infusion irrigation one.
