护理学本科人才培养模式改革研究与实践

摘    要:在分析本校原有护理学本科生培养目标、课程体系与教学组织等方面与护理学科需要培养创新型高素质专业人才不相适应的基础上明确培养目标,构建新的课程体系,改革教学组织与教学方法。具体为:调整课程结构;加大人社会科学课程的比重;部分课程优化重组;完成新的专用教学大纲与教材的编写;突破“三段式”教学组织,实生学生提早下临床,护师全程带教,建立教学质量评价系统;改革教学方法,提高学生综合素质。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the pre defined goal of undergraduate nurse training,the curricular structure and the teaching organization,we found that they were not appropriate to the requirements of cultivating high quality and creative nurses,and therefore it was necessary to redefine the goal,re establish a new curricular system,and reform the teaching methodology and organization.A series of measures have been taken to ensure comprehensive quality of the students,which include adjusting the curricular structure by compiling new curricular outlines and textbooks with increased proportion of cultural and social courses; establishing a new system by which teaching quality is evaluated; giveing up the former three phase teaching methodology;putting nurse students into practice earlier,and giving longitudinal instructions of the teacher to the student.
