二级与三级综合性医院护理人力资源的配置模型

摘    要:目的通过现况调查与护理项目工时测算医院护理人力资源的配置情况,构建二级与三级综合性医院护理人力资源配置模型。方法采用专家咨询法、现况调查法、工时测算法和统计学处理进行研究。结果三级综合性医院整体护理人力资源实际配置床护比为1:0.62,标准配置床护比为1:0.67;二级综合性医院整体实际配置床护比为1:0.56,标准配置床护比为1:0.60。结论合理配置和有效利用护理人力资源是确保医疗护理质量的保障。
