| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期标准营养制剂肠内营养（enteral nutrition，EN）支持对急性脑卒中患者营养状况的影响。方法将我院神经内科收住的70例首发脑卒中患者按入院先后分为实验组和对照组，每组均35例患者。实验组为康复体位联合阶段化、个性化肠内营养干预组；对照组为康复体位联合肠内营养护理组。两组患者在入院Ft、7、14、28d分别测定血清白蛋白（albumin，ALB）、血清前白蛋白（pre-albumin，PAB）含量，测量非瘫痪侧上臂肌围（armmuscle circumference，AMC）、三头肌皮褶厚度（triceps skin fold，TSF）。此外两组患者在入院第1天及第28天时，进行简式Fugl-Meyer量化评分。结果入院第7天，对照组患者AMC明显低于实验组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；入院后28d，实验组患者TSF、AMC、PAB和ALB优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。入院后第28d两组患者均进行Fugl Meyer评分，差异无统计学意义。结论对急性脑卒中患者实施早期标准营养制剂肠内营养干预，更能够有效地改善其营养状况，促进患者康复。 |
