慢性乙肝住院患者焦虑、抑郁与社会支持的相关性

目的调查慢性乙肝住院患者焦虑、抑郁状况及其与社会支持相关性,为实施临床护理干预提供依据。方法应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和社会支持调查表（PSSS）对120例慢性乙肝患者焦虑、抑郁程度和社会支持情况进行问卷调查。结果慢性乙肝患者焦虑抑郁情绪显著高于国内常模,且焦虑、抑郁情绪和社会支持呈负相关。结论慢性乙肝患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪与社会支持普遍呈负相关,其中抑郁情绪与家庭支持的相关性及焦虑情绪与朋友支持的相关性具有显著意义,提示加强社会支持能够改善慢性乙肝患者的焦虑、抑郁状况。临床医疗护理工作应重视社会支持与慢性乙肝患者心理状态的交互影响,使患者保持良好的的心理状态,提高生活质量,促进疾病康复。

Relationship between Anxiety, Depression and Social Support in Hospitalized Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the association between anxiety,depression and social support of the hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B,so as to provide theoretical basis for administering clinical interventions.Methods Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) were used to survey the anxiety,depression and social support of 120 hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B by mean of questionnaires.Results The level of anxiety and depressive emotions of the hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B were significantly higher than the national norms,and anxiety and depressive emotions in these patients were inversely correlated to social supports.Conclusion Anxiety and depressive emotions in patients with chronic hepatitis B are inversely correlated to social supports,with significant correlation between depression and familial support and between anxiety and support from friends.During clinical nursing care of the patients,attention to the interactions between the social support and the psychological status of the patients can help them maintain healthy psychology,improve their quality of life and promote their recovery.
