上海市癌痛控制现况的调查

目的调查上海市癌痛控制的状况，了解目前存在的主要问题，为上海市癌痛管理的实施提供依据。方岳采用自行设计的患者疼痛认知及控制状况调查问卷，对上海市三甲医院746位癌症患者进行调查。结果患者对疼痛评估、药物成瘾性、耐受性等癌痛管理知识缺乏；52．9％的患者认为疼痛没有缓解，自评总体生活质量为5．75分（0～10分代表从极差到非常好）；患者希望通过“医护人员单独指导”和“参加医生、护士小讲课及咨询”等方式接受疼痛知识教育。结论上海市癌痛管理存在一定的问题，医护人员及患者均应加强疼痛知识的教育，提高疼痛治疗的有效性，改善癌症患者的生活质量。

Cancer Pain Management:a Survey in Shanghai

Objective To investigate the status quo of cancer pain management and the existing problems in Shanghai,so as to provide a basis for cancer pain management in Shanghai.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the cancer pain cognition and management in 746 patients in Shanghai.Results The patients had limited knowledge of cancer pain management(pain assessment,drug addiction,and tolerance,etc).52.9% patients thought their pain was not relieved.The average score of quality of life was 5.75(0-10 represents the worst to the best quality of life).Patients hoped to learn the related knowledge through "communicating with doctors and nurses" and "attending the classes of doctors and nurses",etc.Conclusion The cancer pain management still need to be improved in hospitals in Shanghai.Cancer pain management education should be carried out in both medical staffs and the patients,so as to promote the outcomes of cancer pain management and improve the patients' quality of life.
