临床路径在全髋关节置换术患者家庭康复护理中的应用

目的研究临床路径应用于全髋关节置换术患者家庭康复护理中的实施效果。方法同期84例患者随机分为2组，观察组42例，运用临床路径对出院患者进行康复指导；对照组42例，沿用传统的治疗模式，出院时由责任护士做出院指导。将两组的髋关节功能、日常生活能力及满意度进行对比。结杲Harris评分，观察组和对照组分别为（90．76±3．47）分和（83．45±3．24）分，P〈0．01；患者满意率，观察组和对照组分别为（9．31±1．37）分和（7．38±2．33）分，P〈0．01。结论应用临床路径进行全髋关节置换术患者家庭康复指导可提高治疗效果。

Application of Clinical Pathway in Home Recovery after Total Hip Replacement

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of home recovery of patients who received total hip replacement, Methods Eighty-four patients was evenly randomized into 2 groups, namely,the experimental group, which was given nursing according to clinical pathway; and the control group, which was given traditional nursing on discharge. Finally, the hip function scores, the daily living ability, and the satisfaction scores in the 2 groups were compared. Results The Harris scores in experimental group and control group were （90.76±3.47） and （83.45±3.24）, respectively（ P 〈0.01） ;and their satisfaction scores were（9.31 ± 1.37） and （7.38± 2.33）, respectively（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of clinical pathway in home nursing of total hip replacement patients can improve the recovery of patients.
