实施家属健康教育对老年痴呆症患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨对老年痴呆症患者家属同步实施健康教育对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择住院的62例老年痴呆症患者，按首次住院的奇偶顺序分为两组，单号为观察组（n=31），双号为对照组（n=31）。两组患者在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育；观察组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育。在患者入院时及入院第8周，采用生活质量指数评价量表评价两组患者的生活质量。结果第8周时，观察组总体生活质量明显高于对照组，差异非常显著（P〈0．01）；观察组总体生活质量明显高于入院时，差异非常显著（P〈0．01）。结论对老年痴呆症患者家属同步实施健康教育，可提高家属对患者的照料水平及护理配合程度，提高老年痴呆症患者生活质量。

The Effects of Health Education to the Family Members of Elderly Patients with Alzheimer's Disease on the Quality of Life

Objective To investigate the effects of health education to the family members of the elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease on the quality of life(QOL).Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease were divided into two groups by the sequence of the admission to the hospital.The patients with odd numbers were enrolled in observation group(n=31).Those with even numbers were in control group(n=31).All patients were given health education at the same time of routine interventions.Different from the control group,the family members of patients in the observation group were also given health education at the same time.On the day of admission and 8 weeks after admission,the patients' QOL were evaluated with the QOL scale.Results By the time of 8 weeks after admission,the QOL of patients in the observation group were obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The QOL in the observation group 8 weeks after admission were obviously higher that at the day of admission(P<0.01).Conclusion It could elevate the ability of care and compliance of the family members of the patients with Alzheimer's disease when they were given health education as well.The quality of life of patients with Alzheimer's disease could be improved.
