不同时间口服甘露醇术前肠道准备的临床观察

目的 观察不同时间点口服甘露醇行术前肠道准备的效果。方法 选取胆道手术患者60例,随机分为两组,一组为中午组（观察组）,另一组为傍晚组（对照组）。两组患者分别于午饭、晚饭后 1h口服 20％甘露醇溶液 250 ml,观察患者服甘露醇后首次排便时间、排便次数、大便排净时间、有无乏力疲劳感、术中空肠肠管肠腔情况及术后排气时间。结果 除乏力疲劳指标傍晚组较中午组明显增多（P <0.05）外,其余观察指标两组间无显著差别。结论 对于肝胆手术的术前准备,午饭后开始口服甘露醇行术前肠道准备是可行的,且较傍晚更有益处。

Clinical Observation of Preoperative Intestinal Preparation Using Mannitol Administrated at Different Times

To observe the clinical effect of mannitol administrated orally at different times in preop-erative intestinal preparation, 60 patients were divided randomly into two groups. The patients of experiment group(EG) were orally administrated with 20% mannitol solution 250ml after lunch, and those of control group(CG) were orally administrated with the same mannitol solution after supper. After administration,the first defecation time, whole defecation time,defecation times,inertia and fatigue,effect of clearing the bowelsCobserved in the operation) and the recovery time of bowel peristalsis were observed. The result showed that there was no significant difference between EG and CG except that the number of patients who felt inertia and fatigue in CG was significantly larger than that in EG( P <0. 05). These findings indicate that for patients who are scheduled to undergo hepatobiliary surgery,preoperative intestinal preparation with mannitol administrated just after lunch is feasible.
