骨科患者术后失眠原因的调查及护理对策

目的通过对骨科术后患者睡眠情况的调查,找出影响睡眠的因素,采取针对性护理措施,以期更好地为患者提供服务。方法采用问卷调查形式对骨科术后186例患者的一般情况、失眠原因、疼痛程度及缓解程度进行调查。结果 165位患者认为自己术后存在失眠,失眠原因：73.9%（122/165）为疼痛,61.2%（101/165）为体位不适,49.1%（81/165）为身体不适,37.0%（61/165）为心理因素,24.8%（41/165）为环境因素。术后睡眠时间明显少于术前在家睡眠时间,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论良好的睡眠是患者术后康复的重要因素之一,护理人员应细心观察、及时发现患者失眠的原因,采取准确可靠、行之有效的护理措施,以提高患者的睡眠质量,促进患者康复。

Cause Analysis of Insomnia in Patients with Bone Surgery and Its Nursing Measures

Objective To find the factors affecting the sleeping status of patients with bone surgery by investigating the sleeping status of patients in the department of bone surgery.Then corresponding nursing measures were also presented to provide better service to patients.Methods The status,cause of insomnia,degree of pain and degree of relief of 186patients with bone surgery were investigated by questionnaire survey.Results Totally 165patients admitted having insomnia after bone surgery.As for the causes of insomnia were pains73.9%（122/165）]bad posture61.2%（101/165）],poor statue49.1%（81/165）],was caused by psychological factor37.0%（61/165）]and was caused by environment factors24.8%（41/165）].The postoperative sleeping time was significantly shorter than the preoperative sleeping time（P 0.01）.Conclusion Good sleep is an important factor in the rehabilitation of patients after operation.Nurses should carefully observe and timely analyze the causes of insomnia and take accurate,reliable,effective nursing measures to improve patients＇sleeping quality so as to promote their recovery.
