超声弹性成像原理及初步应用

摘    要:目的介绍超声弹性成像的物理基础及在浅表器官中的一些初步应用。方法应用商品超声弹性成像仪。用手法引入外力至感兴趣区。收集弹性信息并用自相关综合法分析。结果用超声弹性成像法对103例作试用。一些病例已作外科手术及病理检验获得最后诊断。超声弹性成像可鉴别硬性与柔软组织。结论新的超声弹性成像法可有效地评估浅部病变的相对弹性(或硬度)情况。

Abstract:Purpose To introduce the physical basis of elastosonography and preliminary application on some lesions of superficial organs. Methods Commercial apparatus for elastosonography was used. The force for stress was introduced to ROI by manual form. Signals of elasticity were assembled and analyzed by combined autocorrelation method (CAM). Results 103 cases received surgical operation and pathological examination for final diagnosis. Elastosonography could differentiate hard tissues from soft tissues. Conclusion It can be effectively estimated that the comparative elasticity (or: rigidity) on superficial lesions by the new elastosonographic method.
