经阴道超声宫腔造影对子宫内膜病变的诊断意义

摘    要:目的探讨经阴道超声官腔造影对子宫内膜疾病的诊断价值。方法对我院经阴道超声及经腹部超声检查疑有子宫内膜病变患者56例经阴道超声,进行经阴道超声宫腔造影检查,观察病变的大小、数量、与周围组织的关系、内部回声及血流等情况,与宫腔镜结果比较。结果经阴道超声宫腔造影的成功率96.4%,其与宫腔镜诊断方法优于经阴道超声检查,但经阴道超声宫腔造影检查与宫腔镜诊断准确率无明显差异。结论经阴道超声官腔造影超声检查对内膜病变诊断的准确率高且具有简便、价廉、无创的特点,可广泛应用于临床。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of transvagnal ultrasonic hysterography in diagnosis of endometrial diseases. Methods 56 patients with suspected lesions by using transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal examination were examined with transvagnal ultrasonic hysterography.The size and number of lesions,relationship with the surrounding tissue,internal echo and blood flow were observed.Results The success rate of hysterography was 96.4%.Uterine acoustic imaging and hysteroscopy were superior to transvaginal ultrasound,and there was no significant difference in diagnostic accuracy between hysterography and uterine acoustic imaging.Conclusion The diagnosis of endometrial lesions using hysterography is accurate,easy,cheap and traumaless,and can be widely used in clinic.
