| 摘 要： | 目的 评价实时超声引导在经阴道复杂官腔手术中的价值.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月-2010年11月在超声引导下行经阴道宫腔手术的75例患者,其中妊娠伴子宫肌瘤25例,妊娠伴子宫先天性畸形23例,剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠1例,取环11例,人流后胎盘残留15例.均在超声引导下进行手术,整个手术过程由超声动态监测.结果 75...
