| 摘 要： | 肿瘤抗原特异性细胞毒T细胞(CTL)是重要的抗肿瘤细胞。本文介绍了抗原呈递及CTL识别的分子基础，并对肿瘤相关抗原(TAA)及T细胞表位的鉴定、肿瘤相关抗原肽诱导特异性CTL应答的免疫原性、肿瘤相关抗原肽疫苗治疗肿瘤的原理以及T细胞免疫应用前景做一综述。

| Abstract: | Tumor antigen specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes are important anti cancer cells. The focuses of this review are to introduce the molecular basis of antigen presentation and CTL recognition, to summarize the identification of tumor associated antigens and their T cell epitopes, to highlight the current insights into the immunogenicity of TAA peptides and the principles of peptide based vaccines against cancer, and to comment on future prospects for CTL therapy. |
