脑源性神经营养因子对改善东莨菪碱致学习记忆障碍的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子对中枢神经系统高级机能活动的作用机理,为临床应用脑源性神经营养因子治疗学习记忆障碍疾病提供实验依据。方法:以小鼠为实验对象,采用学习记忆行为训练和生化测定的方法,观察脑源性神经营养因子对东莨菪碱致学习记忆障碍、海马脑区蛋白质含量的影响。结果:脑源性神经营养因子能显著地改善东莨菪碱所致的学习记忆障碍,使东莨菪碱实验小鼠海马脑区的蛋白质含量显著增加。结论:脑源性神经营养因子对东莨菪碱所致的小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善与康复均具有明显作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of brainderived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) on the higher nervous activities of central nervous system,and provide the experimental evidence for the therapeutic possibility of BDNF. Method: Learningbehavioral training and biochemistry determination were employed.The number of learning trial( NT of learning) and the rate of right memory response(RR of memory,%,) were investigated, and the content of protein in hippocampus were determinated. Result :BDNF prevented the memory dysfunction induced by Scopolamine (P<0.05); The content of brain protein in hippocampus were increased by BDNF in rats of Scopgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion:BDNF had effects on improvement of scopolamine induced memory dysfunction.
