针灸减肥与植物神经功能的关系

摘    要:本文介绍了针灸前后72例单纯性肥胖患者的肥胖指标,植物神经的生理功能(唾液分泌、呼吸、心率、血压和体温)和外周介质浓度(DA、NA、AchE和S-Am)的变化。结果表明,针灸治疗后患者的肥胖程度明显减轻和植物神经平衡指数(y)明显升高。说明针灸可能通过调整植物神经功能而达到减肥效果。另外,针灸后患者NA、DA浓度升高及S-Am和AchE活性下降,NA浓度回升和S-Am活性下降的程度及DA浓度升高的程度与疗效有关。

Abstract:In order to understand the relationship between the antiobesity effect of acupuncture and moxibustion, we obser- ved in 72 simple obese patients the changes in the obesity indices, the physiological functions of autonomic nerves (saliva secretion, respiratory rate, heart rate, blood pressure and temperature)and peripheral neurotransmitters (DA, NA, AchE and S-Am). Our results showed that after treatment, the obesity degree decreased significantly and the balance index of autonomic nerves (Y value) increased markedly, suggesting that acupuncture and moxibustion can reduce body fat. by regulating the autonomic nervous function. In addition, after treatment, blood NA and DA increased and the activities of S-Am and AchE decreased, the extents of NA increase and S-Am decrease related to therapeutic effect and the extent of DA increase related to whether therapeutic effect appeared or not, suggesting that acupuncture and moxibustion can enhance the sympathetic function and reduce parasympathetic function. That is, regulating the abnormal function of autonomic nerves in the obese.
