慢性阻塞性肺病患者肺功能和生活质量的研究

对５６例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行肺通气功能测定和生活质量评估，结果显示反映气道阻塞程度的指标第１秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比及第１秒用力呼气容积／用力肺活量与生活质量总均分的相关性均有统计学意义。

The changes of lung function and quality of life in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients

In 56 COPD patients, the linear relations between the scores of quality of the life and FEV 1/predictive FEV 1( r =0.340 P <0.05) or FEV 1/FVC ( r =0.359 P <0.01) were found. The 56 patients were divided into two groups, training group and not training group, according to taking part in exercise training or not. The scores of quality of life in training group were better than those in not training group, even though there were no differences in age and ventilatory function between the two groups. After two years, the scores of quality of life in not training group has become worse than those two years ago, but the scores of quality of life in training group did not change. In 10 COPD patients, who have finished rehabilitative program for 4 months with Qigong, respiratory frequency was reduced at the same exercise strength with ergometer and the paradoxical respiratory motion was improved while threshold pressure loading breathing.
