McKenzie诊疗法在颈椎病患者中的应用

目的：探讨Mckenzie疗法在颈椎病患者中的临床应用及其治疗效果。方法：将82例颈椎病患者随机分为Mckenzie疗法组（治疗组）和对照组，治疗组按颈椎Mckenzie疗法进行治疗，并结合牵引，手法整复或加用物理因子等常规疗法，对照组仅用常规疗法进行治疗，治疗前后评定患者的临床疗效。项目有VAS、Mckenzie运动功能缺失度等。结果：两组临床治愈率都高，疼痛明显减轻（P＜0．001），颈椎活动范围明显增加（P＜0．05）。治疗组效果优于对照组，两组比较差异有非常显著性（P＜0．01），结论：Mckenzie疗法对现患者在临床症状改善，疼痛减轻和颈椎活动度增加方面，有较好的临床治疗效果，并适用于神经根型和椎动脉型颈椎病患者，有较好的依从性。

An application of McKenzie's method for diagnosis and treatment with cervical spondylosis

Objective:To study the effect and clinical application of McKenzie's therapy with disorder of cervical spine.Method:eighty-two patients were divided into routine McKenzie combination group and physiotherapy group.The treated group was treated with McKenzie' therapy and other physiotherapy,for example traction,mobilization,manipulation;the control group was treated with general physiotherapy only.They were evaluated with visual analog scale(VAS)and McKenzie's movement loss.The improvement of pain and range of motion(ROM)were compared.Result:The heal rate of clinical symptom was higher(P<0.001),the relief of pain and the improvement of ROM in evidence(P<0.05),and there were significant differences statistically between treated group and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:McKenzie' s combination therapy is valuable in the clinical effect and obedience;and suitable for patients with disorder of nerve root and arterial vertebralis of the cervical spine.Author's address First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University,Guangzhou510089
