| 摘 要： | 采用促进技术治疗３６例中风偏瘫患者。评测方法为Ｆｕｇｌ－Ｍｅｙｅｒ运动积分法、ＡＤＬＢａｒｔｈｅｌ指数、简易智力量表。结果表明：治疗后患者的运动功能恢复率比治疗前显著提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；多元逐步回归提示智力对治疗前后运动功能恢复率无显著影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）；运动功能恢复率对独立生活能力有影响（Ｐ＜０．０１），尤以对平衡和肢体运动功能的影响最大。

| Abstract: | stroked hemiplegic patients were treated with facilitation techniques.Assessing ways were Fugl-Meyer' s evaluation of physical performance, ADL Barthel index, and simplized recognition test scale. The result showed that the motor function on treated hemiplegic side is significantly improved(P<0. 01).The analysis in statistics suggested that the recognition would not affect the recovery of the motor function(P>0. 05).But the recovery of the motor function,especially balance and limb functions,would significantly affect the ability of daily living(P<0.01).Author' s address: Department of Physiotherapy, Zhujiang Hospital,Guangzhou. 510282 |
