| 摘 要： | 本文设计一全桥运动治疗方案，作为中风偏瘫患者康复治疗的组成部分，并对６例接受此方案的偏瘫患者作了观察。发现在全桥运动治疗中，收缩压、脉率累度上升，平均分别为１．２ｋＰａ．２２ｂｐｍ，Ｐ＜０．０５，共４２０次全桥运动中，病人均无明显的症状与体征，方案安全、实用。

| Abstract: | Abridging exercise program was designed for rehabilitation of
patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Six patients were studied to
assess its safety. The results showed that systolic pressure and
pulse rate increased slightly after the exercise. The patients had
no symptoms and signs in all bridging exercises for totall 420 times.
Thus it was concluded that the program was safe and practical
justifying clinical use. Author's address:(Department of
