| 摘 要： | 目的:观察神经肌肉促进技术治疗脑卒中后足内翻的疗效。方法:将40例脑卒中患者分为神经肌肉促进技术组(治疗组)20例,一般治疗组(对照组)20例,两组均接受每日1次,每周5次的治疗,治疗次数10-40次。采用Brunnstrom评级进行疗效评定。结果:两组患者的Brunnstrom评级都有提高,但治疗组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经肌肉促进技术治疗治疗脑卒中后足内翻有显著的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe neuromuscular facilitation techniques in the strephenopodia after stroke.Methods: Forty stroke patients were divided into two groups: neuromuscular facilition techniques group(n=20),and general rehabilitation group(n=20).All the patients were evaluated with Brunnstrom Assessment.Results: The improvement in neuromuscular facilitation techniques group was much higher than that in general rehabilitation group.Conclusion: This method of the neuromuscular facilitation techniques has obvious therapeutic effect on the patient with strephenopodia after stroke. |
