| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨AO技术治疗Pilon骨折的方法和效果。方法：回顾性分析47例Pilon骨折的临床资料。47例患者均实行切开复位，AO解剖钢板内固定，其中43／3319例，43C1 15例，43C2 8例，43C。5例。结果：随访8个月至2年，平均16个月。优18例，良19例，可5例，差5例。结论：AO技术治疗Pilon骨折固定可靠，可早期活动，并发症少，临床价值高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the methods and results in the treatment of Pilon fracture for AO fixation.Methods:All cases were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with anafomical steek plate.Results:Follow up for 8 months to-2 years(mean 16 months) showed bone union in all patients.The results of therapy were assessed as follows excellent in 18 cases,good in 19 cases,fair in 5 cases and bad in 5 cases.Conclusion:The treatment of Pilon fracture with AO fixation has advantages of reliable fixation,early movement and fewer complications,being a valuable clinical alternative. |
