通心络胶囊对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者血栓前状态的影响

目的探讨通心络胶囊对冠心病稳定型心绞痛（SAP）患者血栓前状态（PTS）的影响。方法将120例冠心病SAP患者随机分为对照组和通心络胶囊组，每组60例。对照组采用常规药物治疗，通心络胶囊组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗。并观察2组治疗前后血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（tPA）、tPA抑制物-1（tPAI-1）、D-二聚体（D-D）和血管性假性血友病因子（vWF）的变化。结果通心络胶囊组治疗前血浆tPA、tPAI-1活性、D-D和vWF水平与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05），通心络胶囊组治疗后血浆tPA活性较治疗前有显著增加（P〈0．05），通心络胶囊组治疗后血浆tPAI-1活性、D-D和vWF水平均显著低于治疗前和对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论通心络胶囊能改善冠心病SAP患者凝血、纤溶系统和内皮细胞分泌功能及PTS。

Effect of Tongxinluo Capusle on the Pre-thrombotic State in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective To explore the effect of tongxinluo eapusle on the pre-thrombotic state （PTS） in patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris（SAP）. Methods 120 coronary heart disease in patients with SAP were divided randomly into two groups, 60 eases in tongxinluo capusle group and 60 eases in control group. The patients in both groups were routine drug treatment,the patients in treatment tongxinluo eapusle groups were given tongxinluo eapusle. Tissue plasminogen aetivator（tPA） activity,tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 （tPAI-1） activity,plasma D-dimer（D-D）and von willebrand faetor（vWF） level were measured in 2 groups treatment before and 8 weeks after administration. Results Compared with control group,plasma tPA,tPAI-1 activity,vWF and D-D level were not significantly different in tongxinluo eapusle group that then treatment before（P〉0.05,respectively）. Compared with treatment before, plasma tPA activity was significantly higher that then treatment after（P〈0.05） ,compared with control group and treatment befor, plasma tPAI-1 activity,vWF and D-D level were significantly lower in tongxinluo eapusle group that then treatment after（P〈0. 05, respectively）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capusle can improve the hemoglutination fibrinloytic system, secretion function of endothelial cell and the PTS in SAP.
