| 摘 要： | 目的观察鼻内镜下揭盖术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的临床效果。方法在鼻内镜下对78例患者行鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术。结果随访12-24个月，78例均获治愈，未见囊肿复发和并发症。结论鼻内镜下揭盖术治疗鼻前庭囊肿具有手术精确、创伤小、愈合快、并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of nasal vestibular cyst treatment with uncover method under nasal endoscope. Methods Seventy eight cases with nasal vestibular cyst were treated with uncover method under nasal endoscope. Results All the patients were cured without any complication,and not recurred after 12-24 moths of follow up. Conclusion Uncover method under nasal endoscope was an effective operation for treating nasal vestibular cyst with the such advantages as less trauma, precise operation and quick healing. |
